Shogo was an extremely accomplished collegiate athlete, running three times in the famous Hakone relay race (Ekiden) against some of Japan's most elite endurance athletes. After graduation, he competed in the prestigious All-Japan Company Championships as well as in the annual New Year's relay race (Ekiden), which is watched by millions of Japanese people each year.
After many years of competition, Shogo established his own running school, MATSU RUN, to share his vast experience in human performance. His coaching style focuses on tailoring effective training methods to each individual runner's level and biomechanics and emphasizes improving running form for both improved competitiveness and fitness. Shogo has been an ACE Charity Ambassador since 2019.

In addition to being an accomplished business professional, Piyush is a world-class endurance athlete and coach. He has twice completed the world's six major marathons and in total has participated in more than 100 marathons and ultra-marathons.
He has been inspiring, motivating, and training people for distance running all over the world. He has officially trained over 225 people and inspired innumerable more. Piyush has been an ACE Charity Ambassador since 2020.
ACE (Action against Child Exploitation) is a certified Japanese NPO founded in 1997, and has been working on solving social issues which relate to the human right of children and youth around the world. The main focus of ACE’s efforts are on the abolition and prevention of Child labour worldwide.
An estimated 160 million children worldwide are currently denied education and are exposed to significant risks of injury and illness due to hazardous labour. ACE strives for a world without child labour, and provides direct support to children, families, and communities in cocoa-producing regions of Ghana, while collaborating with businesses and governments to establish a social framework that prevents the exploitation of children.
In addition to its international efforts, ACE is actively working to promote children's rights in Japan. In order to create a society where children's rights are upheld and children are empowered, ACE conducts workshops and training sessions, while also engaging in advocacy to influence policies at both the national and local government levels. Additionally, ACE will carry out initiatives aimed at improving children's well-being in Okinawa.
